Worldsong the Mixtape is a collective effort. Period. Our grassroots team is made up of talented young artists who are willing to be scrappy, think big, and operate outside of the conventional methods for producing a tv series. And because our Production is owned collectively by all of its collaborators, every artist involved has a vested interest in making this series the very best that it can be.

The Mission of our Production Collaborative is to entertain audiences of all ages, backgrounds, and demographics with media that encourages empathy, seeks deeper understanding of our world, and presents new perspectives on the obstacles facing society both today and tomorrow. We value creative input from a diverse range of personal experiences and believe that younger audiences today deserve media just as challenging, insightful, and entertaining as adult media.
In this contemporary age of straight-to-streaming distribution and online crowdfunding, groups of independent artists like our Collaborative are able to produce large-scale works without jumping through the hoops set by media conglomerates. We are proudly partnered with Substreet Studios, an administrator working with independent artist in entertainment like us. Substreet relies on a Collaborative Model to ensure individual ownership, participation-based profit sharing, and fair production credits for all participating artists.

Our 'Collaborative' of artists is managed by Substreet Studios, a production administrator that works in indie entertainment. Substreet's Collaborative Model prioritizes individual ownership, participation-based profit sharing, and ensures that all contributors receive proper credit for their work.
